Practical Information

 

Fees

My standard fee is 140 CHF for a 50-minute session. However, I offer sliding scale fees for those experiencing financial difficulties. Please feel free to discuss this option with me. I accept payment in cash or via TWINT at the end of each session.

Please note that my services are not covered by Swiss basic health insurance (LAMal) or supplementary insurance. However, some international insurance providers may offer coverage.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please let me know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If I don't hear from you, I'll kindly ask that you cover the full fee for the missed session.

Confidentiality

I will not share anything you disclose during our sessions with anyone without your written consent. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of our therapeutic relationship, and I adhere to the Code of Ethics of the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC).  I take this responsibility seriously, as it's essential that you feel safe and trust that what you share with me will remain private. However, there are a few exceptions to confidentiality:

1. If you are at risk of seriously harming yourself or others.

2. If there is suspected abuse involving a child, elder, or dependent adult.

3. If there is a court order requiring me to release the information.

In these situations, I would take the necessary steps to protect you and others involved.
