Are you feeling stressed or overwhelmed?
Do you find yourself carrying emotions that are hard to manage? Maybe you’re feeling stuck, as though something inside of you is holding you back from the very things you long for.
Would you like to feel more grounded and present in your life?
Imagine being deeply connected to yourself, with a sense of clarity, space, and joy throughout your days.
I'm here to support you in finding your center, healing emotional wounds, and opening up to new possibilities for growth and fulfillment.

What is Counseling/Psychotherapy?
Counseling/Therapy is a journey of self-discovery and growth. Life presents us with moments of challenge; at times, we face difficult emotions like grief, fear, or anger, feeling as though we are carrying them alone. At other times, we find ourselves stuck in patterns that no longer serve us. These experiences can leave us feeling uncertain, with a sense that something is missing, but without clarity on what we truly want or need.
Counseling provides a safe, confidential space to explore your concerns and reconnect with your deeper longings and dreams. In this supportive environment, I’ll walk alongside you, helping you discover what feels most true for you and guiding you toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.
If you’re new to counseling, you might think it’s only for those who are "emotionally troubled." This is a common misconception. While some people may face more serious psychological challenges, most seek counseling to navigate life’s ups and downs, gain a deeper understanding of themselves, and find clarity.
How Can I Help You?
I offer body-centered, mindfulness-based counseling that goes beyond traditional talk therapy. Even when we intellectually understand what’s holding us back, we can still feel stuck. My integrative approach invites you to explore your concerns on all levels — not only cognitively and verbally, but also through your present emotional and somatic experience.
By turning gentle attention to the body in mindfulness, you can access deeper parts of yourself that may not be accessible through thoughts alone. The body holds memories that the mind may have forgotten —memories that continue to shape how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us.
To support deep healing and transformation, I integrate Somatic Experiencing, Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy, Somatic EMDR, and Brainspotting in my work.

What are the benefits of Counseling/Psychotherapy?
People seek counseling for many different reasons, but the benefits are often similar. Counseling can help reduce emotional distress, increase a sense of well-being, improve relationships, and foster personal growth. Through this process, you can gain greater self-understanding, find more clarity, and experience a sense of freedom and empowerment. Ultimately, counseling can bring more joy into your life, helping you feel more connected to yourself and others.

And wrong doing,
There is a field.
